The mission of NICE is to improve the lives of those with epilepsy and seizures through education, advocacy, and the promotion of research.

Established in 2017, NICE brings together from across the Northwell Health system a multidisciplinary team that supports the programs and improves the comprehensive, interdisciplinary care delivered to those living with epilepsy and seizures.

NICE experts include world famous neurologists and neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, neurointensivists, scientists, fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses and technologists.

Northwell Health is the largest provider of epilepsy care in the Northeast with multiple nationally designated level 3 and 4 epilepsy centers across Long-Island, Manhattan, Westchester providing state-of-the-art epilepsy care.
