Thank you for your interest in the NICE Epilepsy Summer Camp Scholarship Program.
Summer camp is a wonderful experience for children with epilepsy. Our Summer Camp Scholarship Program serves families of children with epilepsy in financial need so they can enjoy summer camp and have wonderful experiences. NICE provides funding for a portion of your selected summer program. The amount of scholarship awarded is based on your eligibility and on the available budget.
Your application will be carefully reviewed by the NICE board for consideration. Please contact us online or call us at 212-434-6400 with any questions or concerns.
Applicants must be between the ages of 3-18 years old to be considered.

The deadline to apply is June 5, 2024.
The NICE board will contact you with a decision by June 15, 2024.
In order to be considered, a complete application must be submitted to NICE.
This includes:
1. A full application
2. Add summer camp selection information from the brochure
3. One personal statement limited to one page only; must be filled out by a parent or guardian
